Approach:

  • The client wanted to introduce the High-Impact Team Dynamics Assessment for newly formed and cross-functional teams to improve collaboration, communication, and overall team dynamics but were struggling with the whole process of it.
  • They reached out to us for our Growth Partner Marketplace to manage the entire process—from administering the assessment to interpreting the results.
  • Over the course of one week, a level 3 Growth Partner facilitated the rollout of the assessment and led a full-day, in-person workshop.
  • The process began by helping participants understand the purpose and value of the assessment and its value.
  • After participants completed their assessment a workshop was scheduled to help them understand how to interpret their assessment results.
