uExcelerate and Leading Systematically has collaborated to offer a 10-month course on mastering the practice of ‘coaching conversations’. The course consists of 10 workshops totaling 26.5 hours, and an optional accreditation course consisting of 3 sessions of 1 hour each. The program is held in a virtual space and was designed for small batches to ensure a focus on quality. Throughout the course, Dr. Paul Lawrence, a leading expert in the field, shares his insights and knowledge to help participants improve their coaching skills.

The program has been a great success, attracting leaders from prominent companies such as KPMG Australia, Quantium, Dimension Data, SEEK & Woolworths. Participants found the course to be extremely valuable, providing them with the tools and techniques needed to excel in coaching conversations.
