For example, we collect information when you download our mobile application(s), register for our Services, sign up for an account, complete the ‘contact us’ form, participate in any interactive features of the Services including any video or audio call features we provide, apply for a job or to become a coach, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.

In certain circumstances, for example, if you are a Visitor to our web platform you can choose to provide information anonymously or to use a pseudonym.

When you use the Services, we may share information about you with our coaches so that they can provide services to you. We may also share information relating to your use of the Services with the employer or other entity who has sponsored your use of the Services, such as the program you selected and how you used the Services (such as the number of sessions you attended). We will not share information about the content of your sessions with your employer or other sponsoring entity unless we have your consent to do so or as necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of others. We integrate third-party programs and services to secure our web platform’s functionality and improve our user experience. We use Captcha services to verify that user interactions with the web platform are being made by humans and not robots. We use Google Places as a location-based service that provides automated suggestions during registration or form filling.  We use Mouse flow to analyze user behavior through session replays and form analytics. We use Fresh Desk as a customer support platform to help manage and resolve customer queries.

We may allow others to provide analytics services on our behalf.  These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked, and conversion information.
