The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, mailing and billing address, user ID, work experience and education, and payment information, and any other information you choose to provide us at the time of registration for our services, to sign up for an account, participate in a video/audio call, interact with the coach or with uExcelerate through emails/phone/chat or with the customer support team. You have the right to choose not to share certain personal information with us. Please note that opting out may restrict access to certain features and functionalities of the Service. You can update, correct, or delete your personal information and preferences at any time by contacting us.

We collect information you provide directly to us when using the Services. For example, we collect information when you download our mobile application(s), register for our Services, sign up for an account, complete the ‘contact us’ form, participate in any interactive features of the Services including any video or audio call features we provide, apply for a job or to become a coach, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.

Your interaction with our services:

To get you the Right-fit Coach we may need some additional information along with the ones mentioned above. For example, you may provide information about your employment details, job title,      language,      employment details, or other information about you and your personal/ professional experiences. We also collect information about your use of the Services such as how often you use the coaching services, the development program planned and attended, activities done, engagement status, feedback collected, and session ratings.

You may choose not to provide certain personal information to us, in which case we may not be able to provide some functionality of the Services to you or to respond to your requests. In certain circumstances, for example, if you are a Visitor to our web platform you can choose to provide information anonymously or to use a pseudonym.

When you use the Services, we may share information about you with our coaches so that they can provide services to you. We may also share information relating to your use of the Services with the employer or other entity who has sponsored your use of the Services, such as the program you selected and how you used the Services (such as the number of sessions you attended). We will not share information about the content of your sessions with your employer or other sponsoring entity unless we have your consent to do so or as necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of others. We may also share or transfer information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

We will not display any Advertisements on the web platform concerning any third party that is not directly associated with the company as we are committed to providing an ad-free experience for all users. This policy ensures that your experience on our site is uninterrupted by commercial promotions or marketing messages of any third party who is not directly associated with us.

We integrate third-party programs and services to secure our web platform’s functionality and improve our user experience. We use Captcha services to verify that user interactions with the web platform are being made by humans and not robots. We use Google Places as a location-based service that provides automated suggestions during registration or form filling.  We use Mouse flow to analyze user behavior through session replays and form analytics. We use Fresh Desk as a customer support platform to help manage and resolve customer queries.

Analytics services

We may allow others to provide analytics services on our behalf.  These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used by us and others working on our behalf to analyze and track data and better understand your online activity.

Mobile push notifications/alerts

With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device.  You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
