We enable your managers and leaders to acquire coaching skills and adopt a coaching mindset, so that they can embed coaching skills in every conversation. We offer three levels of certified coaching skill-building programs.

Leaders can choose their Right-fit coach from the Discover – coaching marketplace based on their specific needs.Coaching starts with an assessment to help the leader reflect on his current leadership strengths and areas of improvement followed by a 6-8 month journey with the coach where the leader implements his personal development plan.

We aim to democratize coaching and bring the power of coaching as well as peer learning to the next level. Our applied sciences and lab research show that at the emerging leader level, peer learning has a tremendous impact especially with a trained facilitator/ coach.

Cohorts of 4-5 leaders is brought together based on common competency development needs or common role requirement / KRA within the organization. Coaching starts with an assessment to help the leaders reflect on their respective areas of improvement followed by a 6-8 month journey with the coach and the peer group where the emerging leaders implement their personal development plan which will catapult them to leadership roles.

Group coaching also fosters team spirit and camaraderie within teams.

These workshops focus on common managerial skill development requirements as people move from individual contributor to managerial roles. Workshop sizes are 20-25 participants, and a Coach/ facilitator works with the first managers and explains the imperatives, tools & techniques for being a better manager.

Diversity, equity and inclusion coaching helps employees at all levels and in all departments to better work with colleagues of differing identities and backgrounds. The purpose of the program is to build DE&I managing capability of the professionals, to support each other, to cultivate a safe, compassionate and equitable office culture where everyone feels valued.

Excellent mental health is not only about avoiding active mental conditions but also looking after ongoing wellness and happiness. Organizations across industries have started paying special attention to employee’s mental health since the last few years as employees have had to go through plethora of changes both at personal and professional fronts since the Pandemic.

Accelerate Performance Programs

Bringing the power of coaching to frontend teams creates high impact for the organization.

We enable your Sales leaders and Sales teams to become aware of their potential, understand what more they can do to up their game and become high achievers.

Coaching starts with an assessment to identify their sales effectiveness, and leadership skills (result orientation, taking initiative, process planning and execution). Cohorts of sales teams are brought together followed by a 6–8-month journey with the coach and the peer group where they individually build and implement their personal development plans to show a direct impact on their KRA’s. Group coaching also fosters team spirit and camaraderie within the sales teams.

We offer one-on-one Executive coaching for Founders and Co-Founders. We also do Systemic coaching assignments with Founders/ Investors, supporting them to execute their top strategic initiatives with their core team. This will include a few group coaching sessions to define the initiatives, goals and success criteria, followed by one-on-one coaching to ensure execution and alignment at the leadership level.
