The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DE&I) Workshop is designed to foster a culture of inclusion, enabling organizations to drive better performance and engagement. Additional Options

Option to use any of the standard Psychometric assessments like Hogan, DiSC, Strength-finder etc.

Recommended to include a Manager as Mentor program or an equivalent program to help employees develop mentorship skills that will help them mentor Diverse group of people

Group coaching if added will offer structured discussions and mentorship, ensuring deeper integration of learning and skill application for the entire group
