It is recommended that the program begins with Orientation & Assessment of all participants to help the Leader and the Coach understand the team dynamics. It is important to set clear goals, execution framework, and success criteria to create a strong foundation for the coaching journey.
While the individual coaching is focused on getting all the team members upto speed to align their individual goals to the overall plan; it is recommended to focus some sessions to also understand their strengths and areas of improvement, and develop this next level into holistic leaders for future.
