Workshop Framework

Group-session

The workshop can be conducted in two days or spread across smaller workshops over three months, with assignments and practice sessions in between the workshops.

Psychometric assessment

This workshop aims to equip participants with valuable insights and practical skills for fostering strong mentoring relationships.

Coachee-achivements

The workshop will begin with an overview and an icebreaker activity, followed by sessions on mentoring fundamentals, goal setting, communication techniques, and mentoring skills.

Regular-Group-sessions

Role plays will be included to enhance understanding and practical application of mentoring concepts.

Business coaching Lesson f2f or Virtually Classes

The sessions can be done either f2f or Virtually, enabled by uExcelerate Platform, followed by assessment and Certification

Additional Options

Spreading the workshop over three modules across three months with Group coaching sessions in smaller cohorts, further accentuates the outcomes, as each participant gets time to practice specific mentoring skills and additional focus and time from the lead mentor/ trainer.

We recommend that post this workshop, each participant be assigned ‘menteess,’ who they will formally mentor as per the model learnt in the workshop, in a time frame of 3 months.

For maximum impact, we also recommend that 'mentoring,' be rolled out as a program across the organization and all managers and above be taken through mentoring skills. We can also help build 'train the trainer,' model and transfer the skills to the internal team
