Business coaching Lesson f2f or Virtually Classes

Workshop can either be delivered as a two-day offsite or broken into samller workshops over four to six months .The workshop will be enabled by uExcelerate Platform

Additional Options

One-on-One Coaching for Senior women Leaders and Group Coaching in smaller cohorts for mid level women leaders can be included, in between the workshops, to give individual attention and ensure Impact.

It is recommended that the Women Leaders be also assigned internal mentors as part of the larger 'Women Leadership Program.' Internal Mentors to guide and help navigate their careers towards Growth.

It is recommended to also include an assessment of leadership style of the participants with a focus on behavior.
