Spread the two day workshop into smaller workshops over three months and include Group coaching sessions in smaller cohorts for further impact. Each participant gets additional time in group coaching sessions to role – play and develop specific skills.
Taking the leaders through a few sessions of coaching for themselves also builds more appreciation for coaching.
It is recommended that this program be a part of a larger internal coaching initiative, and each participating internal 'Coach,' be assigned 'coachees,' to ensure impact and outcome.
Group/ team Coaching skills can be built as an additional module.
For Advanced Coaching skills
we offer 10 workshops totaling 30 hours with 30 hours of asynchronous work (for ICF certification of participants), Support in ACC credentialing journey for participants, Followed by Train-the trainer module for the interested participants + ICF accreditation for the organization.
