Program Framework

Psychometric-assessment

Psychometric assessment, 360 feedback, debrief and reflection on strength and improvement areas.

Business Coaching areas identifies

Leaders can choose their coach from a team of coaches, powered by the coaching marketplace, discuss the competencies needed to succeed in the new role and build their action plan.

8 sessions, with learning plan development

We recommend 8 sessions, with learning plan development and experiential learning between the sessions.

60 minutes Duration of each business coaching courses

Duration of each session will be 60 minutes.

aim-and-impact-of learning-plan

The intervention will happen over 6 months, with mid-point checkins with stakeholders. Aim is to implement the learning plan and be there with the coachee as he/she goes through the transformation.

Business coaching Lesson f2f or Virtually Classes

The sessions can be done either f2f or Virtually

Additional Options

Option to use any of the standard Psychometric assessments like Hogan, DiSC, Strength-finder etc.

Depending on the progress, the number of sessions can also be increased or reduced. 8 is the average sessions recommended.

Coach may recommend additional learning interventions, trainings, workshops etc that will help the participant in the Role transition.
