Program Framework

Psychometric assessment

Psychometric assessment, 360 feedback followed by a debrief and reflection on strength areas and areas the leader needs to focus on in order to move to a CXO role.

Business Coaching areas identifies

Leaders can choose their coach from a team of coaches, powered by the coaching marketplace and discuss with their coach the key competecies they want to focus on

8 sessions, with learning plan development

We suggest a total of 8 sessions, with learning plan development and experiential learning between the sessions.

60 minutes Duration of each business coaching courses

Duration of each session will be 60 minutes.

The intervention will happen over 6 months, with mid-point sessions inbetween to assess progress. Aim is to build skills that will enable the next level role for the participant.

Business coaching Lesson f2f or Virtually Classes

The sessions can be done either f2f or Virtually

Additional Options

Option to use any of the standard Psychometric assessments like Hogan, DiSC, Strength-finder etc.

Depending on the progress, the number of sessions can also be increased or reduced. 8 is the average number of sessions recommended.

Coach may recommend additional learning interventions, training, workshops etc that will help the participant in the High potential development of the learner.

Group Coaching at mid management level can also be explored.
