As AI continues to evolve, it is giving rise to a new generation of digital entities: AI coaches. These silicon-based companions are poised to reshape the landscape of personal and professional development, offering guidance, insights, and transformative experiences in the ever-advancing realm of artificial intelligence.
Keeping with the ever evolving world, the star of the conference was our AI-generated coach, uExcella. This cutting-edge coaching tool garnered significant praise for its ability to offer valuable insights and guidance, ushering in a new era of coaching that embraces technology and innovation.

The day concluded with a focus on leadership and peak performance, where Carol Kauffman PhD guided us through real-time leadership and achieving peak performance in high-stakes scenarios. Joel DiGirolamo passionately championed the creation of a coaching culture in every conversation, unlocking untapped potential, and Gustavo Razzetti inspired us to shift from safety to courage, fostering fearless conversations within teams.
Day 2: The Power of Technology and Coaching (September 15th, 2023)
The second day of the conference continued to build on the themes of transformation and innovation. We commenced with a captivating keynote conversation between Amit Kumar and Payal Koul Mirakhur, unveiling the founding essence of uExcelerate. The day also delved into guiding leaders through complexity and unlocking leadership mindsets through the power of coaching. Dr. Paul Lawrence and Dr. Suzi Skinner’s session provided profound insights into coaching’s role in guiding leaders through the challenges of a complex and uncertain world. Krishna Raghavan, Chief People Officer at Flipkart, eloquently emphasized unlocking leadership mindsets through the power of coaching.
As we journeyed deeper into the world of coaching, emotions took center stage with Zoe Hawkins & Joanne Wheatley diving into internal coaching with emotions at the heart of change.
