As AI continues to evolve, it is giving rise to a new generation of digital entities: AI coaches. These silicon-based companions are poised to reshape the landscape of personal and professional development, offering guidance, insights, and transformative experiences in the ever-advancing realm of artificial intelligence.
Keeping with the ever evolving world, the star of the conference was our AI-generated coach, uExcella. This cutting-edge coaching tool garnered significant praise for its ability to offer valuable insights and guidance, ushering in a new era of coaching that embraces technology and innovation.

Day 1: Embracing Change in Coaching (September 14th, 2023)
The first day of the conference was marked by thought leaders who shared their wisdom on embracing change in the coaching landscape. From talent and technology to mindset, these pillars of growth were the focus. Sunit Sinha, Partner and Head at KPMG India, set the tone by emphasizing the importance of embracing change as the cornerstone of growth. Manika Awasthi, Chief People Officer at Compass Group India, reminded us of the pivotal role coaching plays in shaping organizational cultures. Rajesh Srivastava, Chief Human Resource Officer at Welspun, shed light on the transformative power of coaching, while Animesh Kumar, Chief People Officer at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, made coaching accessible “Anytime; Anywhere & by Anyone.”
The day unfolded with insightful sessions and panel discussions. Professor Peter Hawkins explored the world of high-performing teams, while Lucy Widdowson & Paul J Barbour painted a vivid picture of shifting mindsets through team coaching. Simultaneously, two stimulating panel discussions unfolded, featuring insights on coaching culture and best practices in addressing workforce evolution. The day concluded with a focus on leadership and peak performance, where Carol Kauffman PhD guided us through real-time leadership and achieving peak performance in high-stakes scenarios. Joel DiGirolamo passionately championed the creation of a coaching culture in every conversation, unlocking untapped potential, and Gustavo Razzetti inspired us to shift from safety to courage, fostering fearless conversations within teams.
Day 2: The Power of Technology and Coaching (September 15th, 2023)
The second day of the conference continued to build on the themes of transformation and innovation. We commenced with a captivating keynote conversation between Amit Kumar and Payal Koul Mirakhur, unveiling the founding essence of uExcelerate. Rajita Singh, Chief People Officer at Kyndryl India, equipped us with wisdom on mindful coaching, empowering us to build a resilient workforce. AI took center stage with Jonathan Passmore exploring the rise of AI in learning and development, its potential, dilemmas, and boundless possibilities. Reetu Raina, VP and Global Head of Talent Management at Amdocs, shared profound insights on the role of AI in coaching and how it aids leaders in navigating complexity.
The day also delved into guiding leaders through complexity and unlocking leadership mindsets through the power of coaching. Dr. Paul Lawrence and Dr. Suzi Skinner’s session provided profound insights into coaching’s role in guiding leaders through the challenges of a complex and uncertain world. Krishna Raghavan, Chief People Officer at Flipkart, eloquently emphasized unlocking leadership mindsets through the power of coaching.
As we journeyed deeper into the world of coaching, emotions took center stage with Zoe Hawkins & Joanne Wheatley diving into internal coaching with emotions at the heart of change.
