Recapping the Coaching Culture Circle Conference 2024: Shaping Leaders of Tomorrow
As the world continues to evolve, so does the landscape of leadership and coaching. The Coaching Culture Circle Conference 2024, held on September 18th-19th and sponsored by ICF in partnership with Kogan Page, Ceekr, Coaching and Leadership International Inc., and Certify Me Powered by uExcelerate, centered around the theme “Shaping Leaders of Tomorrow: Balancing High-Touch in a High-Tech World.” This two-day event brought together global thought leaders, innovators, and professionals to explore how technology and human connection can harmoniously coexist in leadership and coaching.
Day 1: Inspiring Transformation in Coaching
The conference began with a powerful keynote by Aadesh Goyal, setting the tone for the day with insights on navigating change and innovation in HR. This was followed by the ever-inspiring S.V. Nathan, who explored the evolving technology in creating happiness in organizations. Betska K Burr captivated the audience with her unique perspectives on why most leadership and coaching programs fail to give good results and how to fix it
After a refreshing tea break and networking session on ever interactive Airmeet platform, Vikram Tandon delved into the Anatomy of an HR leader, while Katja Schipperheijn shed light on Combining Human Competencies with Technology to Thrive
The day continued with a stimulating sponsor slot where Kasper Spiro discussed AI and corporate learning The morning concluded with a keynote by Neeru Mehta, who, alongside Hani Nabeel shared insights on fostering a good organizational culture
Advita Patel inspired attendees with Five steps on how coaching can help build leaders of tomorrow. The afternoon panel discussions were equally engaging. Jagmohan Singh from Wockhardt, Udit from EY, and Amit Saxena , explored how AI is transforming leadership and enhancing people’s development.
In parallel, Pearl from EY GDS , Saurabh Singh and Samrat Sarkar engaged in a lively discussion on The Evolving Role of HR and L&D in an AI-Driven World
As the day progressed, Puneet Rajput shared her experience on Best Practices for Cultivating Diverse Leadership, while Ana and Saurabh offered insights into the unfiltered conversation between a CEO and a Coach. The day concluded with an enlightening fireside chat featuring Rohin Nadir and Abhay Kapoor on Crafting Tomorrow’s Leaders: How Coaching Transforms Corporate Culture and Inspires Dynamic Leadership and a compelling session by Robert Garcia that left the audience inspired and eager for more.
Day 2: Elevating Coaching through Technology and Innovation
Day two began with a captivating keynote by Aquil Busrai, who set the stage for a deep dive into Cascading leadership. Amit and Payal then took the audience through the inspiring journey of uExcelerate, highlighting the platform’s mission and vision.
After a brief tea break and networking opportunity, Guruvayurappan shared his insights on Coaching as a leadership skill to drive superior employee experience, followed by Natal Dank, who discussed Embracing Agility: HR & People playbook for the now of work
The afternoon featured a thought-provoking session by Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj on Leveraging diversity for innovation – the power of leadership agility. This was followed by a dynamic panel discussion featuring Swati from TechM, and Rajat Sanan,who discussed Integrating Coaching into Leadership Development Strategies
Andy Lancaster provided valuable perspectives on Leveraging Learning Communities to Shape Leadership Effectiveness. Jonathan Passmore then captivated the audience with his session Navigating the Future in learning: Digital and AI technologies explored. David Liddle concluded the track with his insights on conflict resolution and creating harmonious workplaces.
As the day drew to a close, attendees gathered for the Award Ceremony, celebrating coaches and excellence of organizations with coaching cultures . The ceremony included Opening by Magdalena Mook and Robert Garcia’s address and ended with our CEO Amit Kumar’s Thank you address
